Took a photo using a 1/10 second shutter speed. Hard to do handheld, while moving, without a bucket-o-blur where you don’t want it.

Yes but can he/she/it do it again? And again? And again? If so then GoPro and the like would probably like to disect them for research purposes...

I used to shoot 1/10th handheld at work but that was a stationary object and I was standing there and could brace myself...

That’s killer. I can shoot 1/10th handheld with decent results but only for still things. I’ve recently started trying motion panning and so far I’ve had some success with a monopod, and pretty bad results handheld

Yeah, 1/40th is the longest I have ever been able to reasonable manage for anything in motion, be it rollers or panning. Usually I stick to 1/60th for safety.
